REGISTRATION FEES

Registration for the Russian-French Symposium on Composite Materials is provided on-line together with hotel reservation, services order and payments.

Please pay your attention that it is possible to make the Symposium services orders one after another (not at once). After being registered you receive by e-mail your personal login and password, using which you can return to your registration page any time.

The registration of the accompanying person should be done on-line separately from the major participant registration. Registration fee should be paid for accompanying person(s). Other services (hotel accommodation, transfers, cultural program) should be ordered by the major participant.

Registration fee of major participant includes:
− Voucher for tourist Visa
− Participation in all Symposium sessions with simultaneous translation from Russian to English and from English to Russian languages
− Lunches
− Coffee breaks
− Welcome party onboard the ship cruising along Neva river
− Conference Dinner
− Symposium materials and participant's kit
− Tour to museums of Hermitage.

Registration fee of the accompanying person includes:

Payment information:

Participants from France and accompanying persons should pay for their registration fees to the Cellule Congres de l'universite de Strasbourg by sending their orders of payments (bon de commande) or cheques along with the Bulletin d'Inscription to the following address:

Anyway every participant from France should be registered online for hotel accommodation and others services booking and payments.

Participants from other countries should pay for their registration fees as well as for other booked services on their personal registration pages after having passed the online registration procedure.

If the participant would like to cancel his attendance at the Russian-French Symposium on Composite Materials the notification letter together with the request for the reimbursement of the registration fee should be sent to the Symposium Secretariat in written form only by e-mail: comat-2012@onlinereg.ru

In case of cancellation of registration received before June 15, 2012 the reimbursement of the fee, less an administrative charge of €30 (plus banking costs) will be made to the participant.

Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received after June 15, 2012.

All refunds will be made within 2 weeks after the Symposium has been finished.
